ROAD NATIONAL TRANSPORT OFFICERWhat You'll Be Doing Planning, organization and execution of National Truck Transports (FTL/LTL) Customer inquiries handling Offers preparation Negotiations Invoicing Intensive communication with carriers, customers and business partners which includes: Maintaining personal contacts Reaching the best rates through negotiation process Customer serviceWhat You'll NeedEssential: Higher commercial education or special education in freight forwarding 3-5 years of previous experience at same or similar positions Knowledge of Road Transport and/or freight forwarding Advanced knowledge of MS Office Positive and motivating attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in Serbian and English Strong customer service skills and a business-oriented mindset. Accurate, self-motivated, and confident personality with a positive and proactive attitude.Desirable: Knowledge of additional languages.
