Road Site Engineer

Responsible for supervising and executing all on-site road construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and timelines. Coordinates with technical, planning, and quality teams to deliver high-quality road works within the defined scope and budget.ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day site activities related to road works including earthworks, subgrade, base course, asphalt, curbs, and paving.Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.Coordinate with the Technical Office and Planning Department to ensure timely availability of drawings, materials, and resources.Inspect work progress and quality; raise and resolve any technical or site issues in coordination with the project team.Monitor subcontractors’ performance and ensure that works are carried out according to schedule and quality standards.Verify quantities and assist in preparing daily and weekly progress reports.Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) policies on site.Support the project team in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.Report project progress, potential delays, and corrective actions to the Project Manager.Review and ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures and inspection test plans (ITPs).RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.3–7 years of experience in road and infrastructure projects.Strong technical knowledge of road construction materials, methods, and standards.Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic knowledge of Primavera P6 is an advantage.Good understanding of project drawings, specifications, and quality procedures.Work Locations: OctoberBenefitsCompetitive SalaryAnnual BounceAccommodation is provided
