𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 – 𝐑𝐨𝐚𝐝 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 & 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢🏢 Transportation & Logistics Division🕴️ Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer / Managing DirectorFulcrum, on behalf of a reputable client, is seeking a dynamic Director – Road Transport & Pricing Operations to lead end-to-end road transport strategy, pricing governance, and operational excellence across domestic routes. This senior leadership role will be pivotal in driving efficiency, profitability, compliance, and customer value.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:-Lead road transport strategy, fleet planning, and routing efficiency.-Manage daily operations: dispatch, scheduling, maintenance, compliance.-Develop pricing models and negotiate vendor/transport contracts.-Ensure regulatory and safety compliance; implement driver training.-Lead and mentor transport managers, planners, and field teams.-Collaborate with clients to ensure SLA compliance and service excellence.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:-Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Logistics/Supply Chain preferred).-5+ years senior experience in transport/logistics operations.-Strong pricing, costing, and route optimization expertise.-Experience with ERP/TMS and fleet management software.𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:-Strategic planning & analysis-Vendor negotiation-Road safety compliance-Leadership & team development-Stakeholder communication𝐊𝐏𝐈𝐬:-Fleet utilization & turnaround-Cost efficiency & budget control-On-time delivery rate-Pricing accuracy & margin growth-Customer satisfaction
