We are looking for a dedicated Event Coordinator to join our team in Carlsbad, California. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will play a vital role in organizing, executing, and supporting events that align with our company’s objectives. This role offers the opportunity to engage with prospects and clients, foster meaningful relationships, and contribute to broader company initiatives. Responsibilities: • Plan and execute events, including coordinating logistics, communicating plans, and supporting on-site operations. • Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement. • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients through proactive outreach and follow-up communication.
• Manage schedules, track event metrics, and maintain accurate records of calls and appointments. • Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth event execution while staying within budget. • Support team efforts by contributing to marketing initiatives and other organizational projects. • Address and resolve event-related issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. • Facilitate guest check-in and provide assistance to visitors during events. • Coordinate on-site activities to ensure a seamless experience for attendees. • Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial industry. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Experience in event coordination and logistics. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external vendors. • A customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
