Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Temecula . This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional service while handling customer interactions in a fast-paced environment. If you have experience in cash handling, retail, or call centers and enjoy solving challenges with a detail-oriented approach, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls, ensuring a positive and detail-oriented experience. • Process transactions accurately, including cash handling, check cashing, and payment services. • Perform data entry tasks to maintain precise records and ensure compliance with company guidelines.

• Resolve customer issues effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Deliver personalized customer service by actively listening and addressing individual needs. • Collaborate with team members to uphold service standards and improve overall customer satisfaction. • Handle high-pressure situations calmly while adhering to deadlines and operational protocols. • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions efficiently. • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively. • Previous experience in cash handling, such as branch teller, paycheck cashing, or similar roles. • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in retail, call center, or customer-centric environments.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to actively listen and resolve customer concerns. • High level of accuracy in data entry and transaction processing. • Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer management tools. • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • Team-oriented mindset with the capability to handle customer issues independently. • Prior experience in high-volume retail settings or check cashing centers is preferred.
