As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality candidates across various departments. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand workforce needs and create strategies that support our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop role-specific hiring strategies. Create and post engaging job advertisements on various platforms. Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interview scheduling. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Promote the company’s employer brand through social media and recruitment marketing efforts. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies. Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition role. Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for people, diversity hiring, and organizational growth. Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. CHRP designation is an asset.
