Finance & Accounting Specialist

Our client, an international company under transformation experiencing strong organic and external growth, is looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist to join its finance department in a permanent role. This is a high-visibility position, acting as the right-hand to the CFO, at the heart of a transformation involving a new ERP implementation and the integration of recent acquisitions across Europe. Your key responsibilities: Ensure accurate and reliable general ledger entries and oversee day-to-day accounting operations. Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in coordination with internal teams and external partners. Guarantee compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Perform reconciliations, support financial reporting, and assist with the preparation of statutory financial statements. Provide audit support and deliver clear, structured financial documentation. Work closely with the CFO on financial and accounting structuring. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (finance, IT, advisors and operations) on the onboarding of acquired entities. Play an active role in the deployment of the new ERP and the continuous improvement of financial processes. Your profile :

You have at least 5-years experience as a General Ledger Accountant,You have a first solid experience in fiduciary, Audit firm or hold a Swiss Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting,Strong command of SAP and HFM is a key asset. You are fluent in both French and English (spoken and written). You are structured, proactive, and capable of working under pressure with autonomy. Why this role stands out?
