This role bridges the gap between development and real-world application, requiring both technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills. You will work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to deploy mobile manipulators for bin-picking and item manipulation tasks in dynamic environments. As a key contributor, you’ll ensure that our robotic solutions perform seamlessly, delivering exceptional results under real-world constraints.Your Responsibilities:ImplementationInstall and configure robotic systems, including software and hardware, at client locations. Adapt and fine-tune robotics algorithms for site-specific requirements. Ensure proper integration of robotic arms, grippers, and sensors into the client’s workflow. Conduct rigorous on-site testing to validate performance and reliability. Debug and troubleshoot system issues, implementing improvements as needed. OptimizationOptimize system performance for efficiency, speed, and accuracy in real-world environments. Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users. Collaborate closely with development teams to provide feedback and enhance system robustness. Document deployment processes and contribute to the creation of operational guides. Qualifications:Education And Experience3+ years of experience in deploying and integrating robotic systems in industrial or commercial settings. Hands-on experience with robotic manipulators, perception systems, and motion control. Willingness to travel: ≈ 50% SkillsStrong knowledge of ROS 2, robotic system architecture, and middleware. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker for system setup and deployment. Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills across software and hardware. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and adapt to new challenges.
