This person is the engine room of our workforce, making sure every client receives the right support, from the right person at the right time. This role demonstrates organisational and leadership skills in the coordination and rostering of support workers to fulfil program requirements and in accordance with relevant award conditions. The position also facilitates the induction, and training of support workers to ensure organisational policy and program objectives are met. This role ensures that all client needs are met with the appropriate staffing levels, optimising resources, and maintaining high standards of care. If you love solving complex puzzles, working with data and people and using digital tools to drive excellence - this is your role. ResponsibilitiesUndertake rostering of Support Workers, ensuring compliance with relevant awards, budgets, Workplace Health and Safety and efficient and effective use of resources.    Comply with all Montessori Care, code of conduct, procedures and practices. Assisting with maintenance of positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.      Participate in an on-call roster to provide afterhours support as required.    The provision of supervision and support to support workers. This is shared with the relevant Client Relations Manager Coordinators and/or Operations Manager. May vary between regions depending on program size and structure.    Ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with Montessori Care WH&S systems, policies and procedures    Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and staff regarding rostering issues, adjusting as necessary to address concerns or changes in client care requirements.   Provide services in accordance with funding agency standards and agreements.    Build a positive team environment through the demonstration of good communication and interpersonal skills and appropriate peer support.   Address and resolve any issues related to staffing, including last-minute changes, no-shows, or scheduling conflicts, ensuring minimal disruption to client care. Modelling appropriate conflict resolution, communication and positive behaviour management skills.  Apply and uphold principles of equity and anti-discrimination in the workplace and adhere to organisational and legislative Health, Safety and Environment requirements  Identify areas for process improvement within the rostering system and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.  About You:You're driven, high energy, willing to learn and like a fast paced environment.Experience in Disability, Aged Experience in disability, aged care or community services or another industry in a similar capacity (not a must have, interns welcome!)Strong interpersonal skills with a heart for advocacy and supportProven leadership ability in managing small teamsTech-savvy: confident using CRMs, case notes, and digital systemsFull Australian Driver’s License + own carA problem-solving mindsetEfficient and Effective communication skills
