Role Description This full-time, on-site Rostering System Specialist role is located in Auckland. The primary responsibilities include managing the rostering system, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring effective operational support for rostering processes. The role involves analyzing rostering data, generating solutions to optimize schedules, and providing technical support to end-users. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with internal teams to address queries and implement improvements for system efficiency and reliability. The position requires a detail-oriented and proactive approach to maintain smooth operations and deliver exceptional support. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and optimize rostering efficiencyExperience in Troubleshooting and providing effective Technical SupportProficiency in Information Technology and related systemsExcellent Communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders effectivelyAbility to work methodically and collaboratively within a team environmentPrevious experience with healthcare rostering systems or similar platforms is advantageousRelevant qualifications or certifications in Information Technology or related fields
