Role Description This full-time, on-site Rostering System Specialist role is located in Auckland. The primary responsibilities include managing the rostering system, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring effective operational support for rostering processes. The role involves analyzing rostering data, generating solutions to optimize schedules, and providing technical support to end-users. Additionally, the specialist will collaborate with internal teams to address queries and implement improvements for system efficiency and reliability. The position requires a detail-oriented and proactive approach to maintain smooth operations and deliver exceptional support.
