HD Bank is looking for a talented Royal Relationship Managers in the following branch’s locations:Cairo Governorate (Downtown - New Cairo -Badr City)Giza Governorate (Mohandessen -Haram- 6th of October-Zayed area.)Alexandria GovernorateDamietta GovernorateMinya Governorate (Mina - Samalut )Beni-Suef GovernorateAssiut GovernorateDakahlia Governorate (Gamasa )Job Responsibilities:Providing banking products and services for the royal clients.Managing the relationship with the royal clients to retain existing clients and expand the existing portfolio.Manage the customers portfolio effectively to increase the bank’s segment profitability. Ensure providing prompt assistance to the Royal clients.Ensure customers satisfaction and aligning with the concerned bank’s functions to solve the Royal client’s complaints.Ensure meeting the business sales plan targets for the royal segment.Ensure constant contact and follow up with the royal clients to ensure providing them with the best services and financial solutions. Preparing and submitting the required monthly reports related to the managed portfolio.Follow up on the royal clients’ requests.Ensuring compliance with the bank's policies and regulations.Job Qualifications: A relevant University degreeMinimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in the retail banking.
