As the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences.Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with the utmost professionalism and courtesyManage reservations for accommodations, dining, and special events, ensuring accuracy and attention to detailProvide comprehensive information about our facilities, services, and local attractionsAnticipate guest needs and proactively offer personalized recommendations and solutionsCollaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues promptlyMaintain up-to-date knowledge of property offerings, promotions, and local eventsUphold the highest standards of customer service excellence at all timesQualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanorProficiency in reservation management systems and general computer skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailDemonstrated ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressureCultural sensitivity and awareness, with a customer-focused mindsetFluency in English required; In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality standards and practicesFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian culture and customsFlexibility to work various shifts, as requiredAdditional InformationPrior experience working with Opera or a related system is an assetStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesFluency in English, additional languages are a plus
