Ora-Tech Systems has been the first to implement several Oracle products in Pakistan.Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for an RPA Developer - UiPath/ Power Automate. The role is hybrid, based in Islamabad, with some work from home acceptable. The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated processes using UiPath and Power Automate. Tasks include analyzing existing processes, identifying automation opportunities, and optimizing performance through automation. Collaboration with other team members to ensure seamless integration and efficient workflows is also expected.Key Responsibilities  - Lead process discovery and optimization discussions with business stakeholders.  - Design, develop, and test automation workflows using UiPath and PowerAutomate.  - Manage existing deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and support operations in collaboration with end users.  - Support documentation and audit readiness through preparation and review of Process Definition Documents (PDDs).  - All responsibilities are expected to align with established SOPs and audit protocols.   Required Skills  - Proficiency in UiPath (VB & C#) and PowerAutomate.  - Must have worked in both to qualify for shortlising- Experience in preparing and reviewing PDDs.  - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.  - Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset.   Optional but Preferred  - UiPath & PowerAutomate certifications.  - Experience with Agile methodology.  - Exposure to AI/ML concepts and advanced automation frameworks (e.g., agentic automation).Job Location- Islamabad (Onsite)
