NCR Atleos was ranked #12 in Newsweek’s prestigious 2025 Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces® list.Title: RPA SW EngineerLocation: Belgrade, SerbiaGrade: 9Position Summary & Key Areas Of ResponsibilityAnalyzes business processes and identifies RPA opportunitiesActively participates in the engineering community, staying up to date on new software technologies and best practices and shares insights with others in the organizationActively works with other software engineers providing technical guidance and oversightAnalyzes RPA solutions based on customer requirements and suggests the best solutionHandles end-to-end development, including coding, testing, and debugging during each cycleCreates and maintains solution documentation, both for end-users and internal referenceSupports automated solutions. Responds to user help requests, troubleshoots issues, conducts root cause analysis, and enhances tools to avoid future issuesWorks and develops solutions in UiPath and other automation frameworksDevelops software solutions using the major programming languages (ex. Java, JavaScript, C# and similar)Designs, develops, tests, and deploys automated solutions and automated decision analytics to replace manual business processes, leveraging internal and external technology as neededCreates or configures new technology rules and technology-enabled processes as needed to meet business needs or strategiesBasic Skills And Qualifications2+ years of experience in software development (C#, .Net, Python)Experience with Robotic Process Automation and Automation tools (UiPath, MS Power Platform)Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experienceComplex matrix organization experienceUnderstanding of the best practices from a technology perspective and in the context of NCR’s product, solution, and service portfolioData architecture knowledge (e.g. transactional and analytical processing, real-time analytics, etc.)Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in software engineering or related fieldExperience in the Banking Industry supporting Banking customers is highly preferred.
