The firm opened its doors in 2005, and has projects all over the country, including North Carolina, California, New York, Maine, Colorado, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, and Indiana. Their work has been featured in magazines such as Luxe, Elle Decor, House Beautiful, MILIEU, Southern Living, Elegant Homes, Coastal Living, and Southern Homes.Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree required. Licensed Architect preferred.Responsibilities would include assisting a Project Architect to produce construction documents and specifications for permit and construction, assisting in preparation of design presentations including Sketchup modeling, and the documentation of existing structures as needed for renovation projects. Construction documents are produced in Vectorworks, and include site plan, floor plans, exterior elevations, wall sections, building sections, finish schedule, door/window schedule and details, interior elevations, interior details, exterior details, flooring plans, reflective ceiling plans, and electrical plans.
