Job DescriptionScopeThis role will be responsible for handling the collection and dispatch of documents in an efficient manner.ResponsibilitiesTo ensure all documents / delivery orders are collected on time from various customers, carriers and government agencies. To ensure that all intercompany document collection and handovers are completed on time. To complete all legalisation and certificate of origin from the Chamber of Commerce. Do official banking as required, cheques encashment and making payments at the bank. Collect payments as required. Dispatch documentation to carriers / customs / consignee. Deliver documents to protocol for clearance of duty under privilege and clear goods through customs. Responsible to inform the Head of Administration of re-registrations and insurance procedures for all the vehicle fleet. Check the Courier mailing list, postal box and dispatch accordingly. Job RequirementsQualifications/ExperienceMinimum: High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred: Diploma or coursework in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related fields.Must manage multiple deliveries, document pickups, and errands efficiently.Critical when dealing with customs deadlines, shipping cut-offs, and urgent documentation.Familiarity with import/export processes, bill of lading, customs clearance forms, and incoterms is an asset.
