This role is a key part of the New Product Introduction (NPI) and manufacturing support team, helping to ensure smooth tech transfers, operational readiness, and robust manufacturing processes. π§ Key Responsibilities:
Support new product introductions, risk assessments, and tech transfer activities. Drive process improvements, write impact assessments, and contribute to documentation readiness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, QA, Engineering, Regulatory, etc. ). Represent manufacturing interests in meetings and ensure production-readiness. Participate in audits, training, and the implementation of new raw materials or consumables. Author and review GMP documentation, including batch records and procedures. Lead or support change controls, CAPAs, and investigations. Promote a βRight-First-Timeβ culture and continuous improvement mindset. β What You Bring: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of GMP biologics manufacturing processes and equipment.
Familiarity with systems such as DeltaV, MES Syncade, and SAP. Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, support investigations, and deliver results in a dynamic, regulated environment. Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. A passion for operational excellence and driving new technologies (e. g. , Single-Use Systems). π© Ready to make an impact?
