What You’ll Do· Lead 2–4 active construction projects from pre-construction to close-out· Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and site coordination· Communicate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure alignment· Mentor junior PMs and coordinators· Collaborate with leadership to improve internal systems and workflows· Drive innovation and continuous improvement across project deliveryWhat You Bring· 7+ years in construction, including 3+ years as a PM· Strong understanding of drawings, contracts, and project lifecycles· Proven leadership and team management skills· Proficiency in Procore, MS Office 365, Adobe Suite· PMP or Gold Seal Certification (an asset)· Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicleWhy Join Us· Direct impact:
