Product Manager

About the RoleAs the Product Manager for Deposits, you will shape how our customers save, spend, and build better financial habits. You will work on features that help customers manage money confidently, from creating savings pockets to making everyday spending decisions easier and more intentional. You will lead product initiatives that drive growth, engagement, and retention. This includes refining existing experiences using data and customer insight, as well as introducing new ideas that make our deposit products simpler, smarter, and more rewarding.

You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution, working closely with other teams like engineering, design, compliance, legal, data, operations, and marketing. We are looking for someone with a strong growth mindset, sharp product instincts, and the ability to connect the dots between user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. This role is hands-on, and outcome driven. You are expected to bring clarity to ambiguous problems, write high-quality product specs, make sound trade-offs, and rally cross-functional teams around what matters most.

What You Will Do Manage and own the product roadmap for deposits and savings, aligning customer needs with business priorities Work closely with engineering, analytics, operations, compliance, legal, risk, and design Write clear and detailed product specs, user stories, edge cases, and acceptance criteria Monitor product performance, surface issues, and iterate based on data and feedback Use insights from data and research to drive prioritization and decision-making Turn incomplete inputs into structured problem statements and actionable solutions Champion your product internally, clearly articulating its value and trade-offs Support marketing and go-to-market activities involving deposit products Design experiences that encourage smarter saving, more mindful spending, and stronger everyday financial habits What We Are Looking For 1 to 3 years of experience in product management, ideally with digital products or in financial services Independent, resourceful, and able to deliver with minimal supervision Strong growth mindset with a drive to learn, improve, and move fast Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, ops, and compliance Analytical and data-informed, with strong user empathy Detail-oriented, especially when defining product scope and writing specifications Clear communicator who can explain the rationale behind product decisions Bonus:

Familiarity with banking deposit products such as savings accounts, interest features, or financial tools Good to Have Experience using analytical tools, event-based product tracking, or basic SQL Exposure to API design or backend product development Experience working in fintech, banking, or other regulated environments
