Providing information to the department official to prepare periodic maintenance and practical training programs and follow up on their implementation (in the case of large project contracts) Working within the help disk system.

Receiving broken devices for the purpose of repairing them in the workshop and informing the customer that the repair has been completed for the purpose of receipt in accordance with the law. Continuous awareness of all developments in the field of specialization and familiarity with all technical specifications and expected problems of devices, with a complete vision of competing devices in the market and their problems. Submit daily reports to the department official on all work and document them. Attending periodic and specialized meetings, according to management instructions, and submitting reports and information that would develop the work.

Providing reports on the status of the installed devices, the volume of work on them (number of tests/day), and the percentage of our device if the customer has more than one device, while proposing solutions and contributing with sales to raising the level of work. Field Service Engineer Requirements And Qualificationsa university degree in one of the following majors (Medical Devices Enginering, Biomedical Engineering, Control and Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering). At least one year of experience in the field of maintaining medical and laboratory equipment. Complete knowledge of medical devices and how to deal with them, examine them, diagnose malfunctions, and treat them.
