Job DescriptionWhat you will doTeam Leadership:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals.Set clear objectives and sales targets aligned with CSS MEA goals.Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure accountability.Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.Sales Strategy Development:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.Identify market opportunities and potential clients to expand market share.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.Customer Relationship ManagementEnsure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.Act as a point of escalation for customer issues, ensuring prompt resolution.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value.Strategic alignment with SaaS:Strategically align SaaS with CSS to position early on in the sales cycle.Enhance services attachment after Point of Sales (APOS) to maximize revenue.Coordinate efforts to deliver integrated solutions that meet customer transformation needs.Performance Monitoring and ReportingStakeholder Collaboration:Track sales performance metrics, pipeline, and forecasts.Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.Provide regular reports to senior management on sales results and strategies.Collaborate closely with internal Oracle stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams.Build and maintain strong relationships with external customers and partners.Leverage partnerships to maximize outcomes and achieve mutual business objectives.Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on sales performance insights.Implement best practices and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.SkillsLeadership: Ability to lead and inspire a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Sales Strategy: Proven experience in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.Customer Focus: Strong dedication to ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams, customers, and partners.Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and drive business growth.Team Management: Experience in recruiting, training, and managing a successful sales team, with a focus on performance management and coaching.Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve shared objectives.Positive Attitude and Initiative: Self-motivated with a positive attitude, promoting these qualities within the broader team.Experience:Sales Leadership: Proven track record of success in a sales leadership role within the enterprise SaaS environment, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.Customer Success: Expertise in customer success management or comprehensive knowledge of customer lifecycle strategies.Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SaaS market dynamics, competitors, and emerging trends.MEA Region Network: Established network facilitating effective relationship-building and potential business development.Performance Management: Track record of achieving ambitious sales targets, monitoring metrics, and driving continuous improvement.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
