Job Description

Driving aggressive sales growth and ensuring timely financial collections to maintain healthy cash flowexpanding.Identifying and onboarding new partners to ensure comprehensive geographic and demographic market penetration.Staying abreast of market dynamics, competitive offerings, and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions.Deliver monthly and quarterly volume, revenue, and distribution targets in the assigned area.Monitor daily sales vs. targets, analyze gaps, and take corrective actions.Support the Trade Marketing team in rolling out promotions and seasonal campaigns.Set clear daily and weekly priorities; conduct morning meetings and market debriefs.Ensure numeric and weighted istribution targets are achieved and maintained.Monitor stock levels and freshness in wholesale outlets.Build strong relationships with key wholesale customers and support the Wholesale Sales Manager in managing distributors.Resolve customer complaints and support the smooth order-to-delivery process.Collect and validate daily sales data from the team; prepare daily and weekly performance reports.Use insights from data to recommend practical improvements.Identify and onboard new customers in under-covered areas.Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to secure timely product availabilityBachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, or related field.3–5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in general trade or wholesale.
