Key Retail Supervisor

Lead, motivate, and coach the preselling team to achieve daily and monthly sales, coverage, and order accuracy targets.Conduct daily morning meetings to set priorities and align objectives.Provide on-the-job coaching during joint store visits, focusing on selling skills, relationship building, and product knowledge.Ensure the preselling team covers the assigned modern trade and key retail outlets according to the planned call frequency and journey plans.Work with merchandisers to secure correct planogram execution, freshness, and visibility of products.Ensure daily follow-up o out-of-stocks, near-expiry stock, and corrective action.Ensure the pre-selling team and merchandisers fully implement trade promotions and activations as planned by Trade Marketing and agree with customers.Track execution quality and compliance; address gaps promptlyValidate daily orders and return data submitted by the presell team.Prepare weekly reports on volume vs. target, execution KPIs, and market issues.Analyze trends and share actionable insights with the Key Account Sales Manager.Build and maintain good working relationships with store managers and department heads to support smoother operations and better brand presence.Act as an escalation point for operational issues in stores.Align daily with the Key Account Sales Manager on priorities and weekly targets.Coordinate with Trade Marketing on upcoming activations, POS materials, and execution audits.Liaise with Supply Chain on product availability and delivery schedules.Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, or related field.3–5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in Key accounts
