You’ll configure, integrate, and enhance tools to ensure peak performance, seamless processes, and a great user experience across teams.Among Other Things You WillManage, configure, and optimize CRM and other Business Ops SaaS tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, D365, etc.)Maintain integrations and data flows to ensure accuracy, scalability, and complianceDevelop and maintain automation scripts to improve workflows and system performanceMonitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutionsMaintain system documentation and ensure transparency in processesIdentify and recommend new tools, features, and process improvements Who You AreBachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration) or relevant work experience in the area of System or CRM operationsGood proficiency in programming (e.g. Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Deluge)Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, and automation solutionsGood understanding of APIs, integrations, databases and system architectureStrong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersFluency in English (German or other languages are a plus)What we offerRoom for personal and professional developmentChallenging and diversified line of actionWorking in a fast-growing company with international customers and investorsCentrally located and attractive office in ViennaPossibilities to work from homePerformance-related career systemMotivated and agile team with a common visionAdditional benefits like team events, free drinks & snacks, …The annual gross minimum salary according to the collective agreement based on the Austrian law for this position is minimum EUR 54.000. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance.
