Document ManagementMaintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical. Prepare, file, and retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports. Ensure documents are properly formatted and archived. Travel & LogisticsMake travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. Coordinate logistics for business trips and offsite meetings. Trademark Portfolio ManagementRegister and renew the trademarks in Tanzania and export countries. Office AdministrationManage office supplies and ensure the executive’s workspace is efficient and well-organized. Monitor budgets and submit expense reports. Oversee administrative projects and track progress. Support to Senior ManagementServe as the point of contact between top management and employees or clients.
Provide backup support to other executives or departments as needed. Uphold and promote the company’s policies and values through interactions and correspondence.
