The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also includes risk assessment, accident investigation, and providing safety training to employees. Collaboration with various teams to uphold safety standards is a key component of this role.QualificationsStrong knowledge of safety protocols and health and safety regulationsExperience in conducting risk assessments and accident investigationsEffective communication skills for providing safety training and collaborating with teamsProficiency in monitoring and implementing safety proceduresBachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related fieldRelevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent is highly desirableAbility to work independently and currently residing in the UAE desirably in DubaiShould hold a valid UAE Driving LicensePrevious experience in the scaffolding and formwork industry is a plus
