Meraki Group is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Safety Worden - Fadace to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and health of all our employees on-site. The Safety Worden will be responsible for implementing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesDevelop, implement, and maintain safety programs, policies, and proceduresProvide training and guidance to employees on best safety practices and emergency response proceduresInvestigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actionsMaintain accurate safety records and prepare reports on safety performance and incidentsMonitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure its proper usage on siteAct as a liaison with regulatory agencies and implement necessary safety improvementsPromote a proactive safety culture by engaging employees and encouraging safety participation.
