S. landowners, present lease offers, build rapport, and guide conversations to signed agreements. Oil & gas background not required, success here is about phone credibility, clear communication, and steady follow-through. Key Responsibilities:
Place outbound calls to landowners; present and explain lease offers (training provided). Build trust through clear, friendly, and patient conversations; handle questions and objections. Track all activity: notes, follow-ups, and status of offers and signed leases. Submit completed documents and coordinate next steps with the land operations team. Meet daily call, follow-up, and conversion targets. Qualifications: Excellent spoken English with a clear, easily understood phone presence. 1–3 years in outbound sales, inside sales, or customer engagement. Strong listening, note-taking, and objection-handling skills. Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and digital document tools. Full-time availability (40 hrs/week). Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with U. S.
real estate/property terms. Experience selling trust-based services (e. g. , insurance, financial products). Prior outbound calling experience with U. S. customers.
