Major Responsibilities: Oversee the full HR cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management. Act as the primary contact for employee relations, fostering a positive and compliant work environment. Ensure adherence to Bangladesh labor laws, maintain accurate HR records, and manage payroll and benefits. Implement and communicate HR policies aligned with organizational goals and best practices. Specific Job Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboardingFacilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Employee RelationsAct as a point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related queriesFacilitate communication between employees and management, fostering a positive work culturePerformance ManagementSupport the implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development plansProvide coaching and guidance to managers on employee development and performance issuesHR Compliance & AdministrationEnsure compliance with labor laws and regulationsMaintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluationsOversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate paymentsHR Policies & ProceduresImplement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goalsEnsure that HR policies are communicated effectively to all employeesQualifications:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretionStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applicationsBenefits and Compensation: Salary with Contributory Provident Fund, Gratuity, Mobile & Internet Allowance, Life & Medical insurance, Festival Bonus, General Increment, and Performance Bonus.
