Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Human Resources & Administration Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR functions. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for developing and executing HR strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. The successful candidate will be instrumental in areas including talent management, organizational development, performance management, HR systems, and facilities management. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Organizational Development: Play a pivotal role in organizational leadership, focusing on efficiency, corporate culture, and performance management. Provide inspirational leadership and make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures. Work closely with the management team to build organizational and people capabilities, focusing on talent management, engagement, and retention. Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. Talent Acquisition & ManagementLead an efficient, timely, and transparent recruitment process from selection to onboarding. Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit. Facilitate the annual performance evaluation process and provide constructive feedback and coaching. HR Operations & ComplianceDirect and oversee all HR processes, including strategic HR planning and management. Manage compensation and benefits for employees.
Ensure extensive knowledge and application of Nepali employment laws & practices. Operate classic HRIS systems for seamless data management and reporting. Administration & FacilitiesOversee the operational management of facilities and administrative tasks. Lead the HR and Admin team for maximum productivity and effectiveness. Qualifications And ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial-level role encompassing human resources management, administration, and organizational development. Proven record in negotiation, conflict resolution, and multi-tasking under tight deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to direct and oversee all HR processes, including strategic HR planning, policy development, and administrative tasks. Extensive knowledge of Nepali employment laws & practices. Strong ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate, and mediate effectively at all levels of the organization. Experience in branding and external relations is a plus.
