OverviewAs a skilled Service Technician, play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation and delivery of Ather electric scooters. In addition to vehicle maintenance and repair, oversee Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) for new arrivals and ensure scooters are in optimal condition for various stakeholders. Role also involves warehouse management, ensuring smooth coordination Technical ServicesDiagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues in scooters. Conduct routine maintenance, software updates, and safety inspections to maintain vehicle reliability and performance.

Troubleshoot and address customer-reported issues with precision and efficiency Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)Perform PDI on new vehicles arriving to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct PDI for scooters before delivery to experience centers, ensuring they are showroom-ready in coordination with PSs. Execute PDI for scooters allocated for marketing activities, ensuring flawless presentation and functionality Warehouse ManagementOversee the warehouse operations for scooters, maintaining organization and inventory accuracy. Collaborate with delivery boy to manage stock levels, ensure timely movement of vehicles, and maintain proper documentation. Customer EngagementCommunicate effectively with customers regarding service requirements, timelines, and maintenance recommendations.

Provide post-service support and maintenance tips to enhance customer satisfaction. Team CollaborationSupport junior technicians and share best practices to maintain high service standards. Report recurring technical issues or customer feedback to the technical support team for continuous improvement. Workshop and Operational ExcellenceEnsure the workshop is clean, organized, and equipped with the necessary tools and parts. Uphold workplace safety and efficiency standards.
