Conduct routine maintenance, software updates, and safety inspections to maintain vehicle reliability and performance.
Troubleshoot and address customer-reported issues with precision and efficiency Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)Perform PDI on new vehicles arriving to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct PDI for scooters before delivery to experience centers, ensuring they are showroom-ready in coordination with PSs. Execute PDI for scooters allocated for marketing activities, ensuring flawless presentation and functionality Warehouse ManagementOversee the warehouse operations for scooters, maintaining organization and inventory accuracy. Collaborate with delivery boy to manage stock levels, ensure timely movement of vehicles, and maintain proper documentation. Customer EngagementCommunicate effectively with customers regarding service requirements, timelines, and maintenance recommendations.
Provide post-service support and maintenance tips to enhance customer satisfaction. Team CollaborationSupport junior technicians and share best practices to maintain high service standards.
