Join us in transforming factories into more efficient, intelligent operations every day for a better tomorrow.Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to introduce customer with our solutions, grow sales and market presence for production optimization, including piping for compressed air system, Center Controllers, SmartLink connectivity, Energy Recovery systems, and Airscan (air and energy audit). This role focuses on direct channel sales, customer engagement, and delivering energy-efficient solutions for air compressor systems.Main ResponsibilitiesVisit customers, introduce customer with our solutions, grow sales and market presence for optimization solutions.Conduct site survey and assess current status of compressed air system at customer site.Analyze data to identify improvement areas and propose optimization solutions.Collaborate with other teams to develop comprehensive solutions tailored to customer needs.Present the solution and values to customers.Monitor the effectiveness after solution implementation and ensure customer satisfaction.Follow company sales process.Required Experience1 to 3 years of sales and marketing experience.Worked with industry sales process and CRMCustomer focus, value selling and negotiation.Having B2 driving license is an advantage.Personal AffinityAmbitious & resilientOpen minded and growth mindsetRequired Education & KnowledgeUniversity degree in engineering, business management, or economicsSolid verbal and written English skills.What We OfferBase salary from 18 to 25 mvnd monthlySales commission and performance bonusSelf-driving car for customer visitsProduct, application, sales tool trainingsInternal opportunity for mobility and career developmentUniting all curious minds
