Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Coordinator located in New York, NY. The Sales Account Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, managing relationships with customers, and ensuring smooth sales operations. Key duties include processing orders, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with the internal team, and ensuring timely delivery of products. The role also involves assisting in developing and maintaining client accounts, supporting sales initiatives, and maintaining records. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage processes efficiently and accurately.Experience in Sales and strong ability to grow and maintain client relationships.Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to address client needs and foster professional relationships.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems for managing sales operations.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in the luxury retail or jewelry industry is a plus.
