Salt Talent Search is looking for a Growth Specialist for a 12 months contract role. The Growth Executive is responsible for validating customer interest and testing willingness to pay for futureopportunities that we believe will drive value for our customers.What will you do:Collaborate in a cross-functional team, to brainstorm, gather necessary information and insights tocontribute to the design and planning of an initiative.Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges related to new business ideas.Use both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including surveys, interviews, database research, and competitive analysis.Assist in the creation of detailed reports and presentations that summarise research findings, including implications and actionable recommendationsExecute call campaigns, rigorously following the experiment design to ensure consistency and reliability of the data collected.What Do You Need:Previous experience in Outbound Phone Sales, Customer Success or Customer Service, with a natural curiosity and interest in connecting with customers.Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adapt quickly in a constantly changing environment, using feedback to improve performance and optimise processesStrategic thinker with a natural interest in problem solvingCustomer-centric mindset, always striving to create value for the customerStrong team player and collaborator, takes initiative and is proactiveStrong written and verbal communications skills with demonstrated experience in influencing and overcoming objectionsProven history using technology as part of your daily workflow and able to switch betweensystems/tools/products with easePrior experience working with or in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment or the broader employment industry highly regarded but not essentialCEI No: R1763696 | Licence No: 07C3147
