B. Online is on the lookout for a driven and results-focused "Sales Account Manager – Government Sector" to play a pivotal role in our expanding team, dedicated to serving our “Government” clients. If you thrive on building impactful relationships and exceeding revenue goals within the public sector, we want to hear from you!As a vital member of our sales organization, you'll be empowered to develop and nurture strong partnerships with key government stakeholders, directly contributing to our continued success.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Spearheading the identification, qualifications, and development of new business opportunities within the "Government" sector.Developing and executing strategic account plans to foster growth and strengthen relationships with existing "Government" clients.Leading negotiations and successfully closing complex deals, always focused on delivering value and achieving profitability.Partnering effectively with cross-functional teams to craft and deliver comprehensive solutions that meet our "Government" clients' evolving needs.Conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends and unlock new opportunities within the "Government" market.Providing insightful sales forecasts and reports to inform strategic decision-making.We're Looking For Someone With:A university degree.3-5 years of progressive experience in Sales and/or Account Management., ideally within the telecommunications industry and with a focus on the “Government” sector.A proven track record in solutions selling.In-depth knowledge of Managed Services, Cloud Services, Connectivity, and Cybersecurity solutions.Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate strong, lasting client relationships.Familiarity with CRM platforms, with Salesforce expertise being an advantage.Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Strong analytical skills and the ability to create clear and concise reports.You may also apply via careers@bonline.com.kw
