Job Description:Key Responsibilities:Account Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.Maintain strong, long-term client relationships.Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.Sales & Revenue Growth:Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.Develop and execute account plans to grow revenue within existing accounts.Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Customer Satisfaction:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Resolve issues or concerns promptly and effectively.Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, support, finance) to meet client needs.New Business Development:Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts.Collaborate with the business development team on new client acquisitions when necessary.Reporting & Forecasting:Maintain accurate records in Sales tracker.Provide regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.Analyze account performance and propose corrective actions as needed.Contract & Negotiation:Lead contract renewals and price negotiations.Ensure agreements are aligned with company goals and profit margins.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (not mandatory)2–3 years of experience in sales or account managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven negotiation and closing abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExperience in Aviation Sector will be an added Advantage
