Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the North America Field Sales team. This outside sales role supports our Hospitality & Residential vertical which services our partners across hotels, leisure clubs, cruise ships, and multi-residential buildings. This role will serve the greater Los Angeles, California area and boasts variety with a key focus on new business development and account management. In this position you will be responsible for building and growing Technogym's network of partners within the vertical by owning the full sales cycle, actively nurturing relationships with current and prospective partners, and closely tracking performance metrics.If you would like to work for a business leading the way in Wellness with an immersive ethos and vision, incredibly passionate people, and products and solutions you can truly buy in to, then look no further.Your ImpactVisit potential and/or current partners daily, actively nurturing partner relationshipsTravel regularly through assigned regional territory (more than 50% of the time)Own full sales cycle from outreach to close, with focus on in-person visits and thoughtful follow-upsProvide white glove customer service to current and potential partners, ensuring a high level of customer satisfactionEnsure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achievedDevelop business opportunities and exploit market potentialGenerate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRMGuarantee adequate market feedback on segment trendsMaintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunitiesAbout YouWhat you should bring:At least 3 years’ outbound field sales experienceDegree in Business Administration, Sales or equivalent work experienceProven experience meeting and exceeding sales quotasIndustry knowledge and/or a strong professional network within the vertical Strong B2B sales experience Comfortable with longer sales cyclesExperience in managing complex deals and selling solutionsExcellent consulting sales approach and negotiation skillsProficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and PowerBIExcellent listening, communications and presentation abilities Based in Los Angeles, California Willing to travel regularly within the broader assigned territory Valid US Driver's License Access to reliable transportation to visit 5+ current/potential clients per day What We OfferBase salary starting at $70,000Bonus and commissionComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance - eligible starting first day of employment401k with company match - eligible starting first day of employmentPTO Technogym is an Equal Opportunities EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
