Role Overview:-We're seeking a dynamic and outgoing Sales Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience. The ideal candidate is an energetic and extroverted individual who enjoys engaging in conversation, building relationships, and genuinely getting to know people. You should be a natural representative of our company, with strong emotional intelligence and a talent for managing key accounts. Backed by many leading VCs and angel investors in MENA, we're looking for the best talent out there to help us build and scale our product offering.🔑 Key Responsibilities:-Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets from existing clientsEnsure exceptional customer satisfaction (we're obsessed with it!)Manage daily issues and maintain strong relationships with our courier company partners.Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.Conduct face-to-face meetings to nurture client relationships.
