Job Title: Sales Account ManagerWhat We OfferSalary Range: $3000/month - $4000/monthFull family medical benefits will be providedOpportunity to earn 30% of your base salary on achievement of Quarterly TargetsJob Summary:DELTEQ, a 30+ year establishment in ICT business, seeks an experienced and competent Account Manager to drive sales and take on customer account management responsibilities. The successful candidate shall focus on acquiring additional revenue streams from existing clientele as well as identifying new customers who can benefit from our product and services offerings. Reporting to the Business Head, you will be responsible for meeting/exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas for both revenue and gross profit. We are looking forward to a sales-oriented professional who values responsibility, productivity and customer satisfaction.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for managing the complete sales process with established and prospective accounts, including the identification of potential opportunities. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to facilitate deal closure.To help plan and execute sales hunting activities with minimum supervision from the managementTo develop sales account planning which includes forecasting and revenue report for each sales account. Regularly review and adjust plans as neededEnsure scheduled payment from clientsMaintain a sales pipeline which is 3 times the sales target assigned per quarterMeeting/exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas for both revenue and gross profitPlan and attend regular update meetings with the customersManage ad-hoc queries and enquiries generated by account portfolioLiaise with internal departments to ensure the promptness and customer satisfaction of delivery of goods and servicesDevelopment of new clients for the company including winbacksLiaison with distributors and principal vendorsPreparation of tender submissionDesired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:Diploma or Degree in Business Management/Information Technology or equivalentAny other diploma or degree in any other disciplines with a sales training or sales course can also apply2-3 years of sales experience in selling infrastructure and solution sellingFamiliar with sales bidding process in government/commercial space will be an advantageProven track record as an account manager within IT SI companyResult-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressureAbility to identify and develop sales opportunities, and to achieve sales quotaJoining timeframe: ImmediateWhen you join our team, you’ll enjoy comprehensive insurance coverage for both yourself and your family.
