Job Description

Manage assigned accounts and claims in SAP, including short payment notices & paybacks request.Follow up on obtaining promotional files, LOA's, contracts, promo emails, bids, etc.Communicates effectively with customers and inside the organization oral and writing.Generates monthly reports on special customers and transactions.Supports the claim processing when is required to reduce volume.Advanced English level & excellent communication skills (oral and written).Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, audit, Business, Marketing, Finances, Economics or equivalent work experience is preferred.Strong organizational skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented, Results-Oriented & Self-motivated.Client advocate with medium accounting, finance, or auditing skills, Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Work-from-home capability is required, with flexibility to work onsite (in Dominican Republic) when needed.
