Job DescriptionDue to growing demand, we’re looking for a dedicated Sales Admin to transform warm LinkedIn connections into valuable initial meetings with prospective clients. We are a collaborative team and offer ongoing coaching, and you’ll be part of a fun, inclusive culture with regular team hack-days.Duties And Responsibilities20 % Qualify & Research Review each warm lead in LinkedIn Navigator / CRM, check company size, industry fit, tech stack and key pain points (public news, website, Crunchbase, etc.). 60 % Outbound Calling & Messaging Phone, voice-note or InMail prospects, introduce the client, reference mutual MD connection, and secure a 30-min discovery call for the MD (or sales lead). 10% CRM Management Book meetings, enter call notes, set follow-ups, keep pipeline data clean and up to date. 10 % Continuous Improvement A/B-test talk-tracks, share insights with marketing, suggest content pieces that would help conversion. Required Experience/Skills1-3 years in appointment setting, SDR/BDR, telemarketing or similar role- ideally in IT, SaaS or professional services. Comfortable making 70 quality calls per day (of which expected to have conversations with 10 people) and navigating gatekeepers with empathy. These are not cold call. They are Warm Calls Proven record of booking meetings that convert (please bring metrics). Technical RequirementsWorking knowledge of CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Nice-to-havesExposure to managed IT services or cybersecurity. Experience working with Australian SMEs (10-100 seat range)Soft SkillsStrong English Communication skillsStrong business acumen: you can quickly grasp a prospect’s business model and likely technology pain points. Clear, confident phone manner and written communication that feels human, not scripted. Self-starter who thrives in a small, results-oriented team.
