In Cambodia, Malongo is distributed by Confluences under Malongo Cambodia, offering premium coffee beans, pods, and professional coffee machines to hotels, restaurants, offices, and retailers nationwide.Our mission is to bring the authentic French coffee experience to Cambodia by combining exceptional product quality, responsible sourcing, and personalized customer service.We are now looking for a Sales Admin Officer to join our growing Malongo team. Working closely with the Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer support, and efficient coordination between sales, logistics, and administration.What You Will Do?Client Coordination: Serve as a primary contact for clients, handling inquiries, order confirmations, and after-sales service with professionalism and efficiency.Order and Delivery Management: Process purchase orders, coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries, and ensure accurate follow-up with customers.Invoicing and Reporting: Issue invoices, manage payment tracking, and support monthly reporting activities.Stock Monitoring: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and coordinating restocking with the supply chain team.Event and Promotion Support: Participate in the preparation and coordination of Malongo’s participation in professional events, fairs, and product promotions.Internal Coordination: Collaborate with Confluences’ support departments (finance, admin, and marcom) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.What We're Looking For?Experience: 1–3 years in sales administration, customer service, or related fields.
