The successful candidate would be required to work at our new premises should they be successful. About the RoleRugged SA is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Enterprise Business Unit in Roodepoort. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations by managing administrative processes, handling order processing, maintaining strong customer relationships, and providing dedicated support to the Executive Key Account Manager.Minimum Requirements for the role Matric (Grade 12) 1 -2 years' experience in a similar role, same industry will be an advantage Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Takes initiative and follows through on tasks. Intermediate to advanced skill in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ERP (Acumatica - advantageous), etc. Methodical and logical thinker with a well-organized approach. Professional communication skills (verbal & written) in English and Afrikaans. Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. A strong team player with a customer-focused mindset.Key Roles & Responsibilities Assist the Executive Key Account Manager in preparing accurate and timely quotations. Ensure all customer orders are processed efficiently and accurately. Compile and monitor ETA, back-order, and other sales reports. Attend to customers and internal telephone enquiries promptly. Coordinate and arrange deliveries of orders. Keep customers fully informed of the status of their orders. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database. Send Proof of Delivery (PODs) and invoices if or when required. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties, including demo processing, repairs coordination from time to time, etc. Weekly and monthly reporting on outstanding quotes with your line manager and/or customer. Handle customer complaints with care, ensuring swift and effective resolution with the assistance of your line manager.
