Sales Administrator (Arabic Speaking)

Job Description

Assist sales team in any and every possible fashion in building his or her business and achieving all stated goals while providing excellent client service.Be extremely cautious that all the details are entered fully and properly in the EPMS.Maintain a Master list of all the units with the details of the sales and unit status and Ensure all members of the sales team adhere to all requirements of the EPMS.Complete all transaction processing activities before the end of business, after receipt of a Reservation Agreement.Be an information and communication channel in the sales department and disseminate information which is significant to the sales team.Preparation of sales data and other statistics for the purpose of presentation and internal reporting to the manager.Preparation of sales commissions and incentives of the sales team and Coordinating and confirming the unit’s status with property consultants, sales managers and office directors through telephone, WhatsApp messages and emails.Coordinating with sales admin from all branches if units are sold by other branch and Updating the reserved and sold units in excel and in applicationReleasing the cancelled units in the application and Prepares and sends daily, weekly and monthly reports providing details of all sales related activities including booking, performance of property consultants, sales manager and office directors.Follow up with regionals for any issues for units (double booking, sold without reverts, etc.)Process and Generates reservation forms daily and Follow up missing documents if any on a daily or weekly basisProcess reverts and follow up for required documents and Name changed to be processed in EPMS once unit is released.Sale Value to be changed once unit is released in EPMS and Prepare report received from finance on weekly basisSending and follow up emails to property consultants for the related unitsCoordinating with finance for re-depositing or replacement of cheques if any and Monthly report to management and Checking the eligibility of the property consultantsPrepare commission requisition form daily and attaching required documentsSending the CRF for management approval and Process commission and submit to finance department daily.Checking all the documents and Follow up for missing documents and details to regional directorsUpload the booking form to EPMS with the complete documents and complete details of the client.Compiling collections from all branches on hourly basis and Sends report to management on hourly basisSend a consolidated report of all branches and send it to General director on daily basisRequirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field.Min 3+ years of experience in similar role in UAE,Real estate experience is advantage.Preferred Arabic speakingWorking knowledge of ERP ModuleExpert in MS office (Microsoft Excel)Excellent communication & presentation skills
