Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advisor. Located in Zermatt, the Sales Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, engaging with customers, and assisting them in making purchases. Daily tasks include maintaining store presentation, managing customer inquiries, and promoting Fusalp products through knowledgeable and passionate service. Additional responsibilities include meeting sales targets and participating in training sessions to remain updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.Box lifting and moving merchandise. You have to be ready for a little gym-at-work. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilitiesProficiency in Customer Service and Sales techniquesExperience in providing Training is an advantageExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious experience in luxury retail or a related field is beneficial
