We support clinics, hospitals, and doctors with marketing, operational optimization, licensing, and job placement as well.What you’ll doAcquiring new healthcare providers (doctors, clinics, and hospitals) to be listed on Nova Voya’s health tourism platform.Acquiring new patients to use services listed on our health tourism platform.Selling digital projects such as website development, SEO (Search Engine Optimization) / AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), social media management, and process optimization services.Finding healthcare professionals who need help with Dubai Health Authority (DHA), UAE MOH and Oman MOH eligibility and licensing.Finding healthcare professionals who are planning to open a new business (e.g. a new clinic).Sourcing and placing healthcare professionals in UAE or overseas clinics.Leverage your existing healthcare network (doctors, hospital administrators, clinic owners) to book qualified meetings for the Nova Voya leadership team.Maintain HubSpot records and coordinate with the Biz Dev team.What you’ll bringStrong sales experience in the UAE/MENA healthcare ecosystem (including medical tourism, wellness tourism, selling software to hospitals/clinics).A strong and active network of doctors, clinics, patients, and hospitals in the UAE/MENA region.Proven ability to initiate partnerships and build trusted provider relationships.Excellent communication skills in English and/or ArabicThis role is commission-only. There is no fixed retainer or hourly rate.Compensation is linked to signed partnerships and/or patient inflows, with structure to be agreed.This role is best suited for candidates with an established healthcare network who are confident in their ability to generate quality leads and want to collaborate with a fast-growing startup disrupting health tourism in the region.
