Sales Analyst

Title: Sales Analyst (Fashion & Apparel) Location: Remote – Philippines Working Hours: Monday to Friday, EST Time Zone Client: Canadian Fashion CompanyAbout the Company: Our client is a leading Canadian fashion and apparel company providing premium, trend-driven, and high-quality products across North America. They partner with major retailers, including WalMart USA, and are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Analyst to join their team remotely from the Philippines.About the Role:As a Sales Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and merchandising team through data-driven insights. You’ll analyze sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations that drive strategic business decisions and enhance retail execution.Key Responsibilities:Analyze sales data, inventory, and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.Support sales planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for WalMart USA and other key retail accounts.Work extensively in Retail Link to extract, manage, and interpret sales data.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Advanced Excel and other analytics tools.Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to improve retail execution and sell-through performance.Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Planning, Operations, and Merchandising) to ensure accurate and timely data sharing.Monitor promotional effectiveness and provide insights on assortment and replenishment strategies.Requirements:3–5 years of experience as a Sales Analyst, preferably within the soft lines/apparel industry.WMUSA (WalMart USA) account experience is mandatory.Strong working knowledge of Retail Link and Windows Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling, charting, and automation).Proven ability to interpret large data sets and translate them into actionable insights and strategies.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup while aligning with the North American team’s EST schedule.
