This role is central to enabling sales growth, supporting forecasting accuracy, and ensuring successful execution of new product launches. The ideal candidate blends strong technical skills with business acumen, turning data into actionable insights that directly influence revenue, profitability, and market share. RESPONSIBILITIESBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide leadership with clear visibility into revenue, channel trends, and category growth.Deliver commercial insights on Actuals vs. Plan vs. Forecast vs. Prior Year, highlighting drivers of over or under performance.Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations departments to improve forecasting accuracy, enabling better demand planning, inventory alignment, and revenue delivery.Provide analytical support for New Product Development (NPD), from pre-launch volume setting through to launch performance and post-launch evaluation.Support system implementations by ensuring data integrity and equipping commercial teams with reliable, user-friendly reporting tools.Ensure data governance so that all sales KPIs are standardized, reliable, and actionable.Explore AI-driven analytics to strengthen forecasting accuracy, improve promotional ROI analysis, and uncover new growth opportunities.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to shape commercial strategies that maximize revenue and margin.Additional responsibilities as requiredREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.2–4+ years of experience in Sales Analysis, Commercial Analytics, or Business Intelligence.Advanced Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design). Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link data to sales growth and business outcomes.Experience with forecasting, NPD analytics, and sales planning.Strong knowledge of data management and curiosity about emerging AI tools for analytics.Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decision-making at multiple levels.Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skillsStrong time management skills with ability to effectively manage priorities and multiple projects at once.
