The Jean NIEL site in Grasse is home to the company's headquarters and brings together its two activities, Fragrance and Flavors, which are also continuing to grow internationally through several subsidiaries, particularly in Asia, North America and the United Arab Emirates. We are recruiting for our headquarters in Grasse (06) a "Sales & Creative assistant – bilingual in English" (M/F) for our Fragrance division. Your main tasks will be to provide operational, commercial and organizational support to a Perfumer to facilitate the performance of his /her creative and business development activities. You will contribute to the smooth flow of communication with customers and teams, the coordination of projects and the enhancement/promotion of the Perfumer’s creative and commercial work. On a daily basis, your main tasks will be to: Assist the Commercial Perfumer in the day-to-day management of their business: organizing meetings, preparing travel arrangements and managing schedules, Carry out administrative and commercial activities: entering customer briefs, issuing document requests, following up on non-conformities, forecasts, etc Follow-up on meetings: Organizing, coordinating and participating in meetings, taking notes and writing reports, Coordinate projects: Working with different departments to assess deadlines, define priorities, monitor project progress, and manage any errors or obstacles. Required skills : Graduate with a degree in assistance, administration, or management and/or significant similar experience. You have : Bilingual English, Excellent knowledge of office and collaborative tools (project management), Strong organizational and time management skills, Excellent interpersonal skills You have mastered writing techniques and priority management. Rigorous and recognized for your organization, you know how to adapt and are able to collaborate effectively with your colleagues. You have excellent communication skills and demonstrate transparency, facilitating exchanges and the smooth flow of information.
