You will be responsible for engaging with leads primarily through DMs, emails, and CRM tools, answering inquiries, resolving objections, and finalizing conversions.Responsibilities* Respond promptly to sales inquiries via DMs, emails, or web forms.* Qualify leads, understand customer pain points, and tailor responses.* Engage leads from ads, webinars, landing pages, or email campaigns.* Present offers persuasively and guide prospects through the sales journey.* Follow up with undecided leads using structured email/DM sequences.* Use scripts and product knowledge to overcome objections and close deals.* Track and update lead status using CRM or pipeline tools.* Maintain records of conversations, follow-up actions, and outcomes.* Share weekly conversion reports and feedback with the marketing/sales team.Requirements* 1–3 years of experience in sales (online closing or digital customer acquisition).* Tech Startup experience * Strong written communication and persuasive copywriting skills.* Familiarity with platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Gmail, or CRM tools.* Confidence in handling multiple inquiries and closing without pressure.* Experience with digital or high-ticket products is a plus.
